Please note that this property is managed by a professional Property Management Company, which requires the guest making the booking to sign a separate "Rental Conditions" form and provide a copy of their driver's license. This information is used exclusively by the Property Manager for safety, security, and emergency purposes. Rest assured, the copy remains within the software, is encrypted, and does not leave the system. Access to the house is easy and secure with a personalized code. You will receive a unique code for your stay, which will be the last four digits of the phone number you used to register your reservation. This code will give you entry via the Schlage smart lock during your stay. Guests at have convenient access to public transportation via the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA). The nearest bus stop is located at Oakland Beach & Suburban Parkway, just a short distance from the property. RIPTA’s Route 3 provides regular weekday service to downtown Providence's Kennedy Plaza.
