Who hasn't dreamt of glitter floors in their home? Well, my husband for one- but I convinced him to give me 400 sq ft to convert into a quirky, colorful, boho paradise. You'll have your own private entry/parking, & no need to worry about sharing space with us. You'll have a new queen sized helix bed, & if you brought friends-they can have the queen sized sofa bed. A kitchenette with retro fridge, microwave & basic utensils should suffice in heating up your yummy Nashville leftovers or take out! The space Our home was built in 1966 and we fell in love with it because it is a mid century time capsule! We've kept/restored much of its original charm and have a great respect for the neighborhood it was strategically constructed in. When we moved in, the space you will be staying in was a dark, dirty, 400 sq ft storage room with a sink. Good for stashing away a power tool or lawn mower, but not for living in! We love our city and hosting our friends & family, so with the private entry, we immediately saw the potential to transform the space. After 4 months of renovating, it is finally ready to be your home-away-from-home. We sincerely hope you love it as much as we do :) Guest access You have a separate and private apartment. You’ll enter from the bottom story of back of the house. There is a bathroom, kitchenette, queen bed, and queen pull out couch.
