Entire house centrally located between Braunschweig and WOB

Our 90 m² house is in a very quiet and central location between Braunschweig and Wolfsburg. Braunschweig or Wolfsburg can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The A2-BS-Ost/Lehre highway entrance is only 3 minutes from the house. There is a fast Wi-Fi connection and a multimedia TV with NETFLIX etc. available. We only rent to non-smokers. Since we have had bad experiences, we do not rent to guests with small children. I hope you can please understand. The space The house has recently been renovated to a high standard. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, shower and bidet. The kitchen offers plenty of space and work surfaces for cooking. The walls throughout the house are made of clay plaster. This offers a pleasant indoor climate. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in the basement.
