Betty’s Place is a true vintage gem. The home has been renovated, but all the charm of an era gone by remains. Enjoy the stylish thrifted decor while also having access to modern day comforts. Our beds include a memory foam mattress, soft microfiber sheets, hotel quality pillows, a cozy blanket and quilt. Kitchen equipped with all of the essentials needed to cook meals during your stay. Hardwood and vintage tile floors throughout. Full bathroom has been updated with reglazed tub, vanity top, and toilet while maintaining a retro look. The den has a dining table, Roku TV (log in to your own streaming channels), record/CD player, and selection of board games! Partially finished basement houses a ping pong table and vintage bar (alcohol not included). Dog-friendly (max 2) with prior approval! Message host prior to booking. A $50 pet fee applies. Guest access The entire house is yours! During your stay you will have access to the garage for parking one vehicle. Additional vehicles can park across the street. Lockbox with code unique to your stay is used for access to keys. Other things to note Be sure you have read through the entire listing before proceeding to book. If you have any questions, ask! PLEASE NOTE: This space is not set up for young children. There are stairs leading to the partially finished basement, as well as stairs in the den and leading to the kitchen from the den. Roku TVs are set to guest mode so that you can log in to your own streaming services during your stay. As this is an older home, some of the light switches are a little quirky. Please message me if you need assistance figuring out what a switch goes to or how to turn a specific fixture on and off. A noise machine and fan are available in each bedroom. WiFi speed cannot be guaranteed. Currently only one parking space is available on the property (in the garage). However, street parking is available nearby if you should have a second vehicle. During your stay, you may see our lawn maintenance team or garbage/recycle bins being brought to the curb. Guests are allowed to bring up to TWO well-behaved and house-trained dogs with prior approval and a $50 fee paid at the time of booking. Please read through the house rules for more information.
