The location is also convenient, one block from the public beach of Chicxulub Puerto, on the main street connecting Progreso and Chicxulub, close to shops, restaurants and access to the public transportation. The two villas are connected by a common wall which also divides the 2 parking areas of each one, however, they are identical in design and amenities. Each villa has on the groundfloor: the living room, the seating and dinning area, the large kitchen with a kitchen bar and a doorway to the pool. There is only 1 smart TV Set connected to the high speed internet. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each one with its en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
