HUGE GameRoom, Movie Theater, Golf Simulator, Arcade Games, Poker Tables, 9 beds & sleeps 16! Spend all day at the beach or get immersed in the BIGGEST game room in Daytona Beach! Located next door to a putt putt course, across the street from the ocean & walking distance to plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops & souvenir shops! Plenty of room for trailers w/a 100'+ Driveway! $30 per pet per night, per month requested separately after booking. A lease agreement and a separate $750 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 25 years old. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation prior to arrival. Please note that the system automatically adds a $12 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play upon request for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets. We do have a propane BBQ Grill Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. The GameRoom is a detached part of the property and has its own separate entrance and exit along with a bunkbed (full over full) and sleeper sofa for sleeping. The walkability of this property is great to get to the beach and many restaurants! You won't need a car for most things except for the grocery store! The home is right next door to a CVS Store to grab any last minute things that you may need!
