Guests will be responsible for repair costs if improper items are flushed. Smoking Policy Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is not permitted inside the home. Guests are welcome to smoke outside while respecting the property and surroundings. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs indoors. Quiet Hours Please help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood by keeping noise levels low after 9:00 PM. Booking Requirement The minimum age to book is 21 years old.
