If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged. Pets Some of our homes are pet-friendly, while others are not. Quiet Hours To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, regardless of location. Parties, events, excessive noise, or illegal activity are not permitted. Occupancy Limits Please respect the maximum number of guests for the property. Exceeding this limit or violating house rules may result in immediate removal without refund and additional fees. Damages & Breakages If anything gets damaged or broken, just let us know—we understand things happen! Any issues that could impact safety should be reported immediately. Damage Protection Policy A Damage Protection Policy is included with every reservation to provide coverage for accidental damage during your stay. Lake Adger is approximately 438 surface acres with approximately 14.5 miles of private shoreline and spectacular mountain views. There is an 80-horsepower limit on pontoon boats and a 60-horsepower A car is recommended. Roads are paved and easy to navigate.
