Pets welcome if they are safe around children, maximum of 2. 4. If you are staying 30 days or longer: Book instantly through the app! You may be asked to sign a lease to ensure renter protections and comply with local regulations. 1- Please refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay. 2- Only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises, maximum 4 guests. 3- Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind, including candles or incense, is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. 4- We highly value the peace and tranquility of our neighborhood. Kindly maintain minimal noise levels, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. 5- We warmly welcome pets per stay, accompanied by a $100/per pet fee. 6- No Access to any areas marked as private or other units of the same building *Any violations of the above will result in a charge of $500 fine and guests will be asked to leave without any refund. 7- Please exercise care and consideration during your stay to avoid excess cleaning or damages. Charges may be applied for any necessary repair or replacement. 8- Should you inadvertently leave behind personal belongings requiring shipping, we offer this service for a nominal fee of $50 plus the actual shipping cost. Shipping + handling fee must be prepaid before shipment. 9- Check out procedure: -Run the dishwasher if needed. -Collect all your trash and place it in the outside bin. -Turn off all lights. -Close and lock all windows and doors 10- No access to the mailbox. Please rent a PO box. There is a $50 charge if you want us to go there and get the mail for you. 11- If a guest's actions result in a fine from any utility company, government agency, HOA, parking enforcement or other party, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the fine plus a $100 administrative fee. In the neighborhood - Within walking distance we have food trucks and restaurants on 14th and Cloverdale, Little Jaye’s bakery, Concord school playground, and the Dance Conservatory Seattle for drop-in classes.
