You can inquire before booking to determine whether listing will be ready at 4 PM - there's a good chance it will be. Late Check-Out: Standard at 11 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction. Guest remaining beyond check out will incur a late check out fee. If our cleaning team arrives and must wait, a cleaner wait fee of $50 applies for every 30 min or any portion the there of beginning at their arrival time. Liability & Insurance: Guests liable for damages; personal belongings insurance advised. Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction. EXTRA GUESTS: Additional guests must be approved and are charged $50 per person per day plus taxes. 10.) FURNITURE: Return moved items to original placement. Damage or labor to reset will be charged. 11.) GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Use for soft food waste only. No grease, bones, or non-food items. Always run water. Repairs range from $50 to $180. 12.) Violations result in a $500 non-refundable fee. 25.) TRASH: Dispose of trash in designated areas. Excess trash or unbagged waste incurs $100 per bin. Follow recycling guidelines if provided. To secure this booking, a payment of 100 % of the grand total is due within 1 day of confirmation of intention to book. Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, must be fully settled 7 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book. Direct booking and Online Travel Agency (OTA) REFUND POLICY: - If guests cancel greater than 30 days prior to check-in, guests will receive a FULL refund except 10% processing fee. - If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund. - If guests cancel less than 7 days prior to check-in, no refund will be provided. - If guests cancel within 48 hours of booking AND it is at least 14 days prior to check-in, guests will receive a FULL refund except 10% processing fee.
