We DO NOT accept guests looking to host ANY parties, and gatherings. There are no exceptions to this so please do not ask! 2. Absolutely NO smoking anything, NO vaping, NO smoke of any kind inside. Smoking is permitted outside in any of the common areas. 3. We have censors to monitor air quality and there is a $500 fine for smoking violation. 4. Guests are required to be respectful of our home and treat everything with care. 5. Violation of rules will result in the loss of your security deposit and possible additional damages. 6. Pet allowed. Notify host prior to arrival. $400 pet fee will apply.
