All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate. - Maximum 2 pets allowed and $65/pet fee must be paid before check-in. - Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May. - In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains. - We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, as required by Placer county regulations. - Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation. - Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation. - Security camera by the front door. *Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older. Bear sightings are not uncommon in the area and can occur even when no food or attractants are left outside.
