Villa Pez is a modern, 4-bedroom villa boasting a vast open-plan living area, ideally located within 5mins walk to the beach and town of Santa Eulalia. The ground floor presents a laterally arranged living space, featuring an open-plan kitchen, a double-height ceiling, and a large wooden dining table seating 10. The living room includes a spacious sofa, a flat-screen Smart Apple TV, a music system, wifi, a record player for vinyl enthusiasts, Apple TV with over 100 films and TV series, including children's movies, and a fireplace. Next to the dining area is a versatile bedroom with a bathroom, which can be set up as a double or twin room. A light-filled open staircase overlooking the dining and living area leads to the upper floor. Here, the Master Bedroom includes a King Size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace. This floor also houses a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with two non-connectable single beds), both accessing the first-floor terrace that offers views of the pool, garden, and the Santa Eulalia church on the hilltop. These rooms share a spacious main bathroom. Sleeps 8 people plus up to 2 babies aged under 2 in cots (bring your own cot sheet/baby sleeping bag).
