Guest access The living room, where breakfast is usually served, is available for guests to relax on the sofa, read a good book or have fun with a board game. In addition, the equipped garden is freely accessible during periods when the weather permits, offering the possibility of having breakfast outdoors during the summer. During your stay Upon your arrival, we will welcome you personally, giving you the keys and showing you the features of the room you have chosen. We are available to offer you suggestions on how to best experience our neighborhood and the city. In the living room you will find free maps to help you find your way around, tourist guides, brochures and posters about events and monuments in the city, as well as news about the main 'unmissable' events. We live on the top floor and are always available for any information or request for help, or even just for a chat and advice on what to do or see in the city. It is a pleasure for us to introduce our guests to this wonderful city, you are welcome! Other things to note The rooms are equipped with sheets, towels, toilet soaps, shower gel, hairdryer, bathrobes, safe, coffee machine and kettle. Both rooms have televisions. There is a minibar fridge in the living room to keep your drinks cool. Breakfast is included in the price and can be customized according to your preferences. The Wi-Fi network is accessible free of charge both inside and outside the facility. When the weather permits, you can enjoy the equipped garden, where our affectionate cat Ridge lives, who will be happy to receive your cuddles. Daily room and bathroom cleaning is included in the price, as is the tourist tax. By prior arrangement, it is possible to accommodate small, well-behaved pets, bearing in mind that other guests may have allergies. Parking is also available inside the house for your use.
