Rent our state of the art street-legal electric GOLF CART (please inquire for nightly rate) to zip around town or to the beach with ease, avoiding having to drive your car at all! The space boasts a wood burning fire pit, charcoal grill, books, and yoga mats. Take your coffee to the front or back porch to enjoy the outdoors. With a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, kayaking, and exploring at the nearby beaches and parks, this home promises a peaceful, yet adventurous stay. A stone's throw from the Lighthouse, and walkable to the Alligator Farm and The Amp (local concert venue), It’s ideal for families or friends looking for a quiet getaway, while still being close to the vibrant history and culture of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. THE SPACE: The living room has a large sofa to accommodate all of your guests. The fully loaded kitchen is situated next to the dining area. The home includes 3 spacious bedrooms with cozy linens, ensuring restful nights after a day of exploration. Bathrooms are well-appointed with a walk-in shower as well as a shower tub. And you can't forget to check out the fully fenced yard for your fur baby! OPEN LIVING: This home is a single story. The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the first 2-3 days of your stay. THE LAYOUT: This home has a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout. . Primary Bedroom 1 with Full Bathroom: A queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom 2: A queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Guest Bathroom: Located in hallway between bedroom 2 and 3. Has a shower/tub combo. LAUNDRY: We offer a stackable washer and dryer inside the home. Starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. THE PROXIMITY: The property is located just a couple of minutes from the heart of Downtown St. Augustine for guests wishing to explore the city’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 15-20 minute walk, a quick bike ride or short drive of the front door! To name a few: The St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Alligator Farm, Mojo's Tacos, Creative Juices, Gypsy Cab Co, Fresh Market, The Village Garden Food Truck Park, Surf Station and Linen and Waves (shopping), antiques and furniture stores, and you're just a stones throw from the very heart of downtown St. Augustine. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 45 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 8 minutes from Publix grocery store. We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. The closest beach access is at the St. Augustine beach pier, 5 minutes away. This home is situated near non-drivable beaches. You can drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent, Matanzas, Washington State Park, or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on. ELECTRIC GOLF CART: We are thrilled to offer this rare and highly coveted private amenity to you through this home and this home alone! Our electric golf cart can take you anywhere in a 20 mile radius with ease! Park your cars and head to the beach or dinner downtown or grab groceries without ever having to move your car again! The golf cart is equipped with extra space for beach gear or groceries and goes up to 30 mph. Please inquire with us on nightly rate. Full payment for the golf cart and the rental home and a signed release waiver is required for the golf cart keys to be accessed. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage ((EXCLUDES the golf cart)). You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces and garaage. WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. There is a ring door bell camera outside at the front door. Minimum age to book is 21 years old. Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month. -This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation. -The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges. -Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in. -Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees! Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee. Rental Agreement Please read the rental agreement carefully you will be required to sign this rental agreement before you begin your vacation. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to adhere to the house rules contained in this link: Any monies received by the property manager LLC for occupancy of vacation property indicated the acceptance of the terms of our vacation rental agreement in full. All policies are strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of all guests and members of their party to be familiar with all policies pertaining to rental. Reminders Check-In Time: We ask that guests arrive and complete check-in before 10:00 PM. Please be aware that our team needs time to rest as well, and this helps us serve you better.If you have plans to arrive after 10pm, please let us know to ensure you know the back up method in the case you need it. Office Hours: Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. If you require assistance during this time, we are here for you! For any urgent matters outside of these hours, please leave us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Renter requirements For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered to be the guest. Minimum age to rent The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent the property. Down payment/ payment Final payment will be required prior to checking-in to your vacation rental. Damage policy As a condition to the rental of all vacation properties, the property manager LLC reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any and all uncovered guest/invitee caused losses and damages sustained to the vacation property throughout the duration of their period of occupancy. In the event of any uncovered guest/invitee-caused loss or damage to the vacation property, including, but not limited to, undue cleaning, eviction, service calls, service charges, fines/assessments, repairs or replacements, plus all applicable taxes, the property manager LLC is hereby granted the right to charge the guest's credit card. By written or electronic endorsement of this agreement, the guest hereby agrees to pay for all such charges, as defined above and on the proceeding pages. Upon arrival If there are concerns or issues with your rental property, please immediately contact our office (leave a message if there is no answer). No refunds or considerations are given unless we are notified of problems during your stay. Emergencies/ maintenance In the event of a problem getting in the vacation rental or if there are problems with condition or functionality of the vacation rental, please immediately contact the office (leave a voice message if there is no answer!). If it is after office hours we will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible. Arrival time Check in is at 4:00 PM. An early arrival may be arranged, pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule. Please contact us prior to your arrival to make these arrangements. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your schedule check in time. Departure time Check out is at 11:00 AM. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the vacation rental for any incoming guests. A late departure may be arranged, pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule. If you have not arranged for a late check out, you may be charged a fee for each hour beyond 11 am you are still on property, at a minimum of one hour. If the cabin has not been vacated by 4:00 PM, a fee equal to the rental rate of one day may be assessed. Cancellations Hurricane/ natural disasters Due to our beachside location in Florida, we experience potential hurricanes and other natural disasters. In the event of mandatory evacuations issued by St. John's County due to an imminent threat from a hurricane or natural disaster, we will provide a full refund for your reservation. You may also choose to move your stay to another set of comparable dates, provided that you inform us at least three days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Once we receive your request, you will have 24 hours to select your new dates. Please note that we do not offer reschedules or refunds for cancellations due to hurricanes or natural disasters, regardless of the circumstances, with no exceptions to this policy. If you choose to cancel your booking without eligibility for a refund and we successfully rebook your reserved dates, we will refund you for the rebooked nights. Packages/ mail We are pleased to offer package acceptance for our guests during their stay at the property manager. Please note that we accept packages from UPS, FedEx, and Amazon. However, we do not accept mail or packages delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Failure to comply with this policy may result in the termination of your reservation. Number of Guests Change in number of guests/conduct of guests: guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. Unauthorized people at the vacation rental at any time could result in extra charges for each additional guest, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges. The rental is not intended for parties, nor gatherings at any time of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property. Exceptions are made on an individual basis - please contact the property manager LLC for prior approval. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival to avoid these charges and so the cabin can be prepared appropriately for your group. No exceptions or refunds are given for changes in the number of guests after your arrival. Linens & towels Towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are not meant for outside use. Smoking/ drugs Smoking and drugs are not permitted in any the property manager LLC property. If there is any tobacco or drug smell or evidence after your departure, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning. Plumbing Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain. Right of entry Guest(s) agree that the property manager LLC reserves the right to enter the rental property any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check for damage, to make such repairs, alterations or improvements as we may deem appropriate. Security & safety risks Always lock doors and windows when you leave the vacation rental! When you rent the vacation rental, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the vacation rental. the property manager LLC does not assume any responsibility for injuries resulting from your failure to use due caution. Children must be supervised at all times. Candles are not allowed due to fire hazard except citronella candles in buckets outside, or supplied emergency candles in case of power outage. Indemnification & hold harmless While the property manager LLC and its property owners strive to maintain vacation properties in the finest condition, no guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding suitability or for any particular purpose. All guest(s) and their invitees use the vacation property structures and premises at their own risk. the property manager LLC and its property owners shall not be held liable or otherwise responsible in any way for injury to any guest and/or their invitees that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional or unintentional acts of said guest(s) and/or invitees, or by the failure of structures, appliances, (including hot tubs and bbqs) furnishings, and/or other equipment, whether by malfunction, misuse, acts of god/nature, and/or are otherwise naturally occurring. No guarantees are expressed nor implied as to the suitability of utilities and other services provided to the vacation properties and adjacent structures and premises. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding the suitability/compatibility of materials utilized in the construction of the vacation property and/or its contents. the property manager LLC and its property owners shall not be held liable nor otherwise responsible in any way for allergic reactions to guest(s) or invitees, caused or permitted to be caused by materials utilized in the manufacture of the vacation property and/or its contents, nor from mold and/or airborne spores, nor from pet/animal allergens, nor from chemical agents including, but not limited to appliances, linens, carpeting, utensils, fixtures, hot tubs, and/or other equipment. By written or electronic endorsement of this agreement, guest(s) and invitees hereby agree to forever hold-harmless and indemnify the property manager LLC and its property owners from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability/responsibility of any kind and character, including cost of defense, arising out of or in any way connected with the guest(s) use of the property. The Davis Shores neighborhood is a residential one but surrounded by lots of amazing local mom and pop stores and restaurants! The proximity to downtown and the views as you walk over the bridge are unbeatable! Walk to all of our favorite local spots: Black Fly Restaurant, The World-Famous Conch House Restaurant, Osprey Tacos, Mojo's Tacos, Gas Restaurant, Grower's Alliance Coffee, Llama Restaurant, Whetstone Chocolates, Yoga Studios, Mellow Mushroom, and MUCH more! You are just 2 minutes (1.3 Miles) from The St. Augustine Amphitheater, Northeast Florida's premier concert venue! Farmer's Markets are also held here on Saturdays. This home is a stone's throw from the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse Park, and Anastasia State Park! Bike rentals are available in the area, and we'd love to connect you with a local vendor who will even deliver/pickup right to our home!
