Three Ways to Reach the Sea You’re wonderfully placed between Llandudno’s two shores. North Shore Beach is around a 7-minute walk, with the wider Llandudno seafront around 10 minutes away, while West Shore Beach is roughly 16 minutes on foot in the opposite direction. Head towards North Shore and you'll find Llandudno's famous promenade stretching along the bay — perfect for an early walk, an ice cream by the sea or an evening wander as the town begins to quieten down. ? Classic Llandudno on Your Doorstep The town centre is close enough to explore without planning around the car. Wander between independent shops, cafés, traditional pubs and restaurants, continue towards the promenade and pier, or simply spend an afternoon discovering the Victorian streets surrounding the house. ⛰️ Up to the Great Orme For a change of scenery, make your way towards the Great Orme, the limestone headland that rises above Llandudno. Walking trails lead to spectacular viewpoints across the coast, or take the historic Great Orme Tramway, whose Victoria Station is just over a 10-minute walk from the house. ? North Wales Beyond Llandudno The house also makes an excellent starting point for exploring further afield. Spend a day discovering Conwy and its medieval castle, follow the North Wales coastline or head inland towards the mountains and landscapes of Eryri (Snowdonia). ✨ The Best Part? You Can Choose the Pace. Spend the morning by the sea, disappear into town for lunch, climb the Great Orme in the afternoon — or forget the itinerary altogether and head back for a game of pool, a film and an evening in the hot tub. One of the real advantages of staying here is how much of Llandudno you can enjoy without needing to drive. ? Llandudno Is Made for Exploring on Foot From the house, you can comfortably walk between the town centre, seafront, beaches and many of Llandudno's best-known attractions: - ? North Shore Beach — around 7 minutes - ?️ Llandudno Beach & seafront — around 10 minutes - ? Great Orme Tramway – Victoria Station — just over 10 minutes - ? West Shore Beach — around 16 minutes ? Arriving by Train Llandudno Railway Station is around a 9-minute walk, making the house particularly convenient for groups arriving from different parts of the country. From the station, you can simply walk across town and settle in. ? Buses Close to Home Local buses are also within easy reach. York Road is around a 3-minute walk, while Clifton Road Stop Z is approximately 4 minutes away, giving you another easy option for getting around Llandudno and connecting with the surrounding area. ? Bringing a Car? There is free parking for one car directly in front of the house, with additional free street parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Having a car is useful for longer adventures into Conwy, Eryri and the wider North Wales coast, but for Llandudno itself, you may find it spends much of the stay parked up. Walk to the beach. Wander into town. Take the tram up the Great Orme. Then come home to your own bar, cinema, pool table and hot tub — this is a particularly easy base for enjoying Llandudno together. ? Four Floors, Plenty of Stairs This is a large Victorian townhouse arranged across the ground floor and three upper floors, with internal stairs connecting each level. There is no lift, so please consider this when booking for anyone with limited mobility. The public property record also confirms the four-level arrangement. OnTheMarket ?️ Bedrooms Are Spread Across the House Bedroom 1 is on the first floor, Bedrooms 2–5 are on the second floor, and Bedrooms 6–8 are on the third floor. This is useful for giving a large group some separation, but does mean bedrooms are reached by stairs. ♨️ Hot Tub The hot tub is located outside in the enclosed courtyard/patio area. Please follow the hot-tub guidance provided at the property so it can be enjoyed safely throughout your stay. ? Bring Your Favourite Drinks The bar is a dedicated social space for guests to enjoy but is not stocked with alcohol or drinks. ? Parking There is space for one car at the front of the property. Additional free street parking is available locally on a first-come, first-served basis and therefore cannot be guaranteed. ? A Social House, Not a Party House The cinema, bar, pool table and hot tub make this a brilliant home for spending time together, but guests should remain considerate of neighbouring homes, particularly later in the evening.
