Skyview Escape offers a thoughtfully designed layout with spacious common areas, modern amenities, and relaxing features for every guest. Key Features: - Primary Bedroom: Spacious and serene, featuring a king bed, luxurious bedding, and a private en-suite bathroom. - Guest Bedroom 1: Well-appointed with a queen bed, ample closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom. - Guest Bedroom 2: Inviting two twin bedroom, perfect for kids. - Living Room: Comfortable seating for relaxing or watching TV, with access to the rooftop, via elevator, for fresh air and stunning views. - Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a 4-burner cooktop, oven, and all essential cookware. A dining table that seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen counter. - Designated Workspace: A quiet and comfortable desk setup ideal for remote work or study. - Rooftop Patio: A beautiful space for enjoying morning coffee or evening conversations while taking in the Florida sunset. - Garage & Parking: Private garage parking is available for guest use. Additional guest parking spaces are located in front of the home. - Beach Essentials: Six beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided to make your beach outings even more enjoyable. Guests have full access to the home, including the rooftop patio, elevator, and garage. You'll receive a personalized 4-digit code for secure entry. The home is entirely private with no shared spaces. We’re here to make your stay at Skyview Escape as enjoyable as possible. While the booking platform is our primary communication method, we're also available via phone or SMS if you need assistance during your visit. - White noise machines are provided in each bedroom to ensure restful nights. - Two security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for guest safety and security. - Parties and events are strictly prohibited to maintain the peaceful environment. - Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property. - Pets are not allowed to ensure the home remains allergy-friendly. - Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. - The thermostat should be set between 66-85 degrees for optimal comfort. Home Access: - Upon booking, you will receive a link to our secure Guest Check-In Form. This form must be fully completed prior to check-in; failure to do so will result in not receiving the door code and check-in instructions. - Check-In: 4 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM - If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Parking - Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited. Use only unmarked or non-reserved parking areas. Smoking & Parties - No parties or events are allowed. Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. - Indoor smoking and fireworks are prohibited. - Rooftop patio is a designated non-smoking area. - A designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. - Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Pets - No pets are welcome in this property. - In case of violation, a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days) applies. - Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees. - Post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional charges. - Pet dander may still be present despite thorough cleaning efforts. Security & Maintenance - Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors may be installed for safety and are not actively monitored. - Guests are responsible for locking all windows and doors when leaving the property. - Trash sorting and management is required; valet trash service is not provided. - Allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve any reported issues or missing amenities. Specific House Rules - Quiet Hours: 8 PM to 8 AM. Loud music and disruptive noise are prohibited during these hours. - Elevator: Children and adults under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to operate the elevator. - Dishwasher & Laundry: Avoid running appliances when not present. - Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Contact us in advance for additional guests. - Property Care: Dispose of sanitary products in bins provided. Misuse leading to plumbing issues may incur fees. - WiFi & Security Devices: Disabling or tampering with WiFi or security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. - Pest Control: Our home is professionally treated by pest control to help minimize the chances of unwanted visitors. However, Florida’s warm climate is home to various insects and small critters, and while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely pest-free experience. Flying insects, lizards, and Florida's famous palmetto bugs (which may resemble large roaches but can fly) are part of the local environment. These insects typically enter through open doors or windows, so we kindly ask that you keep them closed to help prevent their visit. We are committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment, and while sightings are rare, refunds cannot be provided for the presence of known local pests. - Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Extra Services & Fees - Pets Policy Violation: $100 per pet per violation (per month for extended stays). - Professional Shoots: Permits for professional video or photography can be requested for an additional fee. Contact us for details. - AC Usage: Maintain the temperature between 68-80°F. Setting the AC below 68°F may cause issues and incur additional technician fees. Additional Notes - Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. A starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided. - Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied.
