We properly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces before all check-ins. Check-in is flexible any time after 3:00 p.m. We do our best to accommodate early check-ins if we do not have guests booked the night before. The early check-in fee is $25. Late check outs can be accommodated if we do not have guests checking in that same day – the fee is $25 per hour for the first 3 hours. If you need to extend more than 3 hours, the full night rate will be charged. There is one set of stairs to climb from the parking area to the front door. There is another set of stairs inside the unit to access the bedrooms on the top floor. Pets are allowed for a fee of $25. Standard occupancy is 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged an extra guest fee of $25 per person, per day. We have one security camera on the 2nd level of the exterior front stairs facing the street, one facing the parking lot and another one on the 2nd level of the exterior back stairs facing the front walkway doors. (None inside the units). For guests safety they will be on during your stay. Only one parking spot is provided, additional parking spots could be offered upon availability for an extra fee.
