The reverse-living layout places the main gathering spaces upstairs, where vaulted ceilings and natural light create an open and welcoming atmosphere. Settle in by the gas fireplace after a day outdoors, stream a favorite show on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy the slower pace that comes with a Sunriver stay. The updated kitchen flows naturally into the dining area, making it easy to prepare meals without stepping away from the conversation. Whether you are serving breakfast before a bike ride or gathering for dinner at the end of the day, the space is well suited for shared meals and time together. Where You'll Sleep Upstairs Bedroom One features a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Just off this bedroom is a bonus sleeping and office area with a workspace and futon, offering added flexibility for guests who need a quiet place to work or relax. Downstairs Bedroom Two features a king bed and TV. Bedroom Three offers a queen bed and TV, while Bedroom Four includes a pyramid bunk bed and TV, making it a comfortable option for younger guests or families traveling together. Through the garage, an additional bonus room includes two bunk beds, built-in sleeping pads, a TV, and DVD player. Please note that this room does not heat well and may be too cold for comfortable sleeping during the winter months. Outside, the private hot tub offers a quiet place to unwind beneath the stars, while ping pong and cornhole invite a little friendly competition. Bikes make it easy to set out along Sunriver's scenic pathways, and the home's peaceful North Sunriver location keeps outdoor adventure close at hand. A Note About Air Conditioning Air conditioning is available on the upstairs level only. The downstairs is built into the sloping hillside and generally stays naturally cooler throughout the year.
