The pool is seasonal (Mid May– Mid September); please check availability. The Slide it is available on weekends only. Before booking this property guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. A pet fee of $90 will be charged ONLY IF you bring pet (s). This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair, smells, etc are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. 3 Cars max capacity. 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. Please note that you can only park on one side of the street. On Even months you can park on the right side of the street on odd months on the left side. NO parties, events or gatherings. Please do not exceed the house capacity Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact host prior to booking and let us know they are locals Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms Early check ins or late departures without prior approval not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
