Please do not use the gravel area in front of the garage for parking as it restricts the neighbors' movement. This is a smoke free property. No smoking anywhere in the house please. We make exceptions for service pets. Please reach out with your special need and we may be able to accommodate your particular request. Noise levels will be monitored. Please keep things quiet as we have neighbors that we love very much. No unauthorized events allowed on the premises. Please be respectful of the house and treat it like your own. Please be considerate with the fire pit and outdoor heater. Do not leave it running while not in use. You may use our EV charger during your stay. Note however there's a daily charge to turn it on. That option may be purchased during check-in Dispose of garbage in the garbage collection area. It is at the beginning of the alleyway (in a small red brick house) driving into the community from Boulevard NE. Please do not put garbage on the floor around the collection area. Before check-in, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $150 to help align our interests with our guests' while maintaining the quality of our home. The deposit is fully refunded within 48 hours after a post-checkout inspection.
