The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, central air conditioning, and an open living and dining area filled with natural light. Step outside to a private backyard with space for outdoor dining and relaxing between beach trips. Guests enjoy walkable access to the Peconic Sound via a private right of way, making it easy to catch sunsets, swim, or take multiple beach trips throughout the day. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, and the house is stocked for everyday comfort, making it a great choice for families, couples, or small groups looking for a low-stress North Fork stay close to the water. Rental Permit #1081 Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $218 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays of 21 days or more, utility expenses, including electricity and gas/oil charges, will be calculated based on the actual duration of the guest's stay upon receipt of the utility bills from the Owner. - For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and private backyard. Walk right over to the most beautiful beach, conveniently located just two minutes down the road. We give guests space to enjoy their stay, but are always available if needed. Our local team is responsive and available throughout your visit. - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement.
