Pet Policy: - Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. - If your pet sheds excessively or leaves a large mess, a $150 deep cleaning fee will apply. - Any damages to furniture caused by your pet must be repaired or replaced at your expense. - Clean up after your pet: Please pick up all waste, and do not use “piddle-pads” inside the home. - No Pets on Furniture: Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds. Fireplace Use (Seasonal): - March–October: The fireplace is not to be used during this period. - November–February: Ensure all embers are completely extinguished before leaving the fireplace unattended. Clean the fireplace (remove all ash) before checking out. Guests must provide their own wood for the fireplace. Wood stored on the side of the house is not for guest use. -Late Check-Out Policy: Standard check-out is at 11 AM. A $100 fee applies for missing the check-out time. Guests may request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, subject to availability and approval. -Parking Policy: Vehicles parked on the property must be in good condition and free of oil leaks. If a vehicle is found to be dripping oil on the property, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing stains and restoring the area.
