Your Home While Away From Home!

Come and enjoy a warm and welcoming stay where you will be treated to a private downstairs room in this spacious, yet cozy house. The downstairs area will give you access to a private washroom with a shower, recreation room with TV and cable, and use of exercise equipment and laundry. The kitchen is located on the main floor and would be shared with the host. The house is conveniently located on river road and is only steps to the river walking path. A gas BBQ is also available for use. Guest access Access to the downstairs is through the main floor. Guests are welcome to hang out in the main floor living area and kitchen. During your stay As a real-estate agent my work schedules can be inconsistent, but I will be home most evenings. I am a social person, however privacy will be respected if preferred. I will be available to give recommendations or advice for any needs you may have around town and the surrounding area. Other things to note The space is pet-free, extremely clean and well-organized. I have no problems with smoking as long as it is done outside.
