Mornings invite quiet coffee moments, and evenings settle into relaxed gatherings indoors or out. The space This entire home in Port St. Joe offers room to spread out and unwind together. The main-level living area is open and air conditioned, bringing the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one bright, connected space. With no stairs in the home, everything is easily accessible, whether you are moving between bedrooms or heading outside to enjoy the fresh coastal air. Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, each with its own theme and sense of privacy. MIL suite with a queen bed, sleeping 2 Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, sleeping 2 Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, sleeping 2 Bedroom 4 with 2 twin beds, sleeping 2 Bathrooms & essentials The home includes 2 baths, along with bathroom essentials provided for a comfortable stay. Bed linens and towels are included, and a washer and dryer are available for longer visits or post-beach refreshes. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with space to gather around the dining table inside or enjoy meals outdoors. Whether you are making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or settling in for dinner after a long day outside, the layout supports easy, shared moments. Outdoor living Outdoor spaces are a highlight here. Enjoy the patio or backyard for relaxed afternoons or fire pit evenings. A putting green adds a fun touch to downtime at the house, and outdoor furniture creates inviting spots to sit back and enjoy the coastal setting. Location & access With a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock, arrival is simple. The beach is directly across the street, about a 2-minute walk via the boardwalk. Perfect for Families, friends, and pet-friendly getaways looking for a spacious beach house setting with easy access to the sand, thoughtful amenities, and room to relax together at a steady, coastal pace. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival: - 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection). - 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear. Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding! Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it..) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow (1) one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied & subject to up to $150 security deposit There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed! Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Plumbing is extremely sensitive. Please DO NOT pour or flush ANY of the following objects down any drain: GREASE, glass, metal (including razor blades), plastics such as toys and utensils, sanitary napkins or tampons, GREASE, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, GREASE, rags, clothing, and GREASE. In addition, you must NEVER introduce explosives, flammable material, oil, strong chemicals (household chemicals, or gasoline). If found to be in violation, A FINE of up to $500 will apply. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. Affectionately referred to by the locals as "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape from it all. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf.
