Luxury 5* holiday home Watermolen Plus on our Estate De Hoogmolen in oudsbergen up to 25 people covers the entire right house, the duplex suites 5 and 6 & recreational area: Molenhuys. All accommodations have a private entrance, private garden/terrace and is exclusively for your use. The upper floor of the holiday home has been completely renovated. The accommodation consists of a vacation home and a duplex suite. There are a total of 7 comfortable rooms, each with a private bathroom for added privacy and comfort. There are 25 single beds available. To socialize together you may use the authentic Molenhuys that overlooks the inside of the water mill. Vacation home Ground floor: spacious hall and living room with TV, adjacent kitchen and a toilet. 1st floor: 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 toilets. - bedroom 1: 3 beds - bedroom 2: 4 beds - bedroom 3: 5 beds - bedroom 4: 3 beds - bedroom 5: 2 beds Time for coffee! In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso-, Senseo- and filter coffee machine. Don't forget to bring your own cups, pads or ground coffee. Duplex suite First floor: bedroom (2p) with TV, sitting room with TV, 2 bathrooms. Second floor: bedroom with 6 single beds. Molenhuys Entertainment area for up to 53 people with a fully equipped bar with tap system (you can order kegs from us), professionally equipped kitchen available to book (€145), ping-pong table, kicker table, pool table, pinball machine, dartboard, air hockey, card games, etc. Choose your favorite local beer (keg): Martens Pils (20 liters): €150 Ter Dolen Triple (15 liters): €125 Ter Dolen Blond (15 liters): €125 Ter Dolen Kriek (15 liters): €125 Ter Dolen Wit (15 liters): €125 Outside you can enjoy the private garden and private covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ, a common playground with bouncy cushion for children and a pond (no fishing). No physical reception and no wasted time with paperwork. Before arrival, guests receive an online check-in form and a personal access code for the main entrance. Need help? Then of course we are always available. Do you really have issues regarding your stay? No worries! We will come directly to De Hoogmolen to help you out. Everything within the vacation home, garden, terrace and duplexsuite are for your private use. Send us a message via W-app (we create a W-app group with each guest to ensure a smooth communication), via the chat of the booking platform or give us a call and we will be happy to help you. All beds are always made up with fresh bed linen, as well as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion are provided. Towel package available upon request, requests must be made before arrival: €9 for 1 small towel (50 cm x 100 cm) + 1 large towel (70 cm x 140 cm). In the kitchen, you will find a household kit containing: 3 tea towels, 2 dishcloths, 1 sponge, 1 steel wool pad, 1 roll of baking paper, garbage bags, a few dishwasher tablets, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner spray, mop and all-purpose cleaner. Kitchen roll is not provided as standard. For your comfort upon arrival, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet are provided. If you would like more of these items, please feel free to bring your own. --- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs or other pets in our accommodations. --- Nearest public charging station for electric cars: Parking Church (Weg naar Ellikom 249, 3670 Oudsbergen (Ellikom)). --- At De Hoogmolen, you can safely and easily park your bike in our locked bike storage area. You can find the key to the bicycle shed in the house. The surroundings of De Hoogmolen exude an atmosphere of tranquility, nature and history. Located on the picturesque Abeek Valley, surrounded by green forests and the gurgling sound of water flowing past the mill. De Hoogmolen itself is a charming water mill that has its origins in the Middle Ages. The house is furnished with care. A refined combination of natural materials and warm colors create a harmonious atmosphere. The presence of cycling nodes, walking nodes and an equestrian and riding route network running through the property offer various opportunities to explore the area. Rider and horse are more than welcome; horses can stay (subject to reservation and additional cost) in a spacious meadow with stables on the domain while the rider can stay in the house. For children, there is a nice outdoor playground where they can have fun. There is also a nice fishing pond for hobby fishermen. Besides hiking, biking and horseback riding, you can also ski/snowboard in the nearby indoor ski slope, swim in the neighboring subtropical swimming pool, seek challenge at racelandkart, visit local breweries, explore surrounding natural areas ... An enchanting mix of history and nature in the middle of Belgian Limburg makes this place ideal for peace seekers, nature lovers & sports enthusiasts.
