Proper ventilation is important when using the fireplace. The flue must be opened when using and closed after use. If you are not familiar with using a fireplace we advise you not to begin with ours. • Fire pit Usage: Supervision is Required. Always supervise the fire pit while it’s in use, and ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the area or going indoors. Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, office space, kitchen, and laundry area. You’ll also enjoy the front porch, backyard, and fast WiFi throughout the property. Please note the garage is not accessible. The home is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood right across from a park. One room also includes a futon, perfect for kids or an extra guest. For families traveling w/ little ones, a Pack ‘N Play and a portable changing pad (usable on a bed or dresser) are provided—so there’s no need to pack bulky baby gear. With two full bathrooms, guests can enjoy plenty of space, plus a baby bathtub to make bath time easy. KITCHEN & DINING The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners, complete w/ modern appliances, Keurig, Instapot & ample cookware. Plenty of counter space makes prep easy and enjoyable. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, w/ extra chairs available if needed, along w/ children’s dinnerware and a high chair for younger guests. Checking In Parking: Driveway parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Contact Info: Call/Entering/Exiting the Home: Enter the home either through the front door of the property with the keypad lock. To unlock, press “Schlage” button to light up the keypad, then enter the provided 4 digit code. To lock, press the button with the lock icon. Access Code: SmartLock at front door will allow access no sooner than your check in time and will expire at your check out time. Your code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. Wifi: Accio WiFi. Passcode is @lohomora2023 Thermostat: Located in the living room. Trust me when I say the upstairs gets warm very quickly. My suggestion would be to leave it at a lower setting and adjust by 1 degree at a time and giving it the amount of time the thermostat says it will need to reach that temp before adjusting it again. Upstairs vents have a magnetic cover that you can remove to allow vents to push air into the room. House Rules: • No smoking on property. • No pets unless otherwise discussed. • No parties. • Lock the house each time you leave the property. • Please respect our neighbors and limit noise after 10pm. • Please remember: Only flush toilet paper! Our plumbing system is sensitive, and flushing anything else (like wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products) can cause clogs. If the system gets clogged, guests are responsible for any repair fees. Thank you for helping keep everything flowing smoothly! • If your stay extends through the weekend, we would greatly appreciate your help in placing the designated trash and recycling bins, located outside the residence, at the curb on Sunday evening. Your cooperation in this matter would be very helpful. • Please don't hide stains or damage done to property. The sooner we know about issues the better we can fix them for future guests.
