Luxe Vacation Villa with swimming pool, 5 bedrooms

- Very comfortable house in a residential neighborhood - 4 bedrooms + 1 master bedroom - 1 kingsize bed + 10 single beds - High speed wifi - Swimming Pool: 7,40m x 4,40m (heated at 28°C / available from May through September) - Swimming after 10pm is prohibited - Airco in all the rooms - Free parking at the property (behind the gate) - You always have the house for yourself (min. 2 nights, max. 12 guests) - Music outside, under the terrace and at the pool is not allowed - Parties & events are prohibited It is important to note that the villa is located in a residential area, with neighbors on both the left and right sides, as well as at the backside. Because of this, it is crucial to avoid noise pollution and respect the neighbors' sleep, so that complaints and police action can be avoided. General rules in Belgium: loud noise audible between 22:00 and 07:00 can be reported to the police. Even during the day (between 07:00 and 22:00), noise nuisance is prohibited if it is not necessary and disturbs the peace of local residents. No speakers our loud noises at the swimming pool please. - To maintain the pool and ensure its water quality, we regularly (sometimes daily) perform a short inspection of the pool. This only takes place in the garage and at the pool, never in the house itself. We notify you in advance and perform this inspection at appropriate times. - The following coffee machines are available: Dolce Gusto and a filter coffee machine. Don't forget to bring your own cups or ground coffee. - Nearest public charging station for electric cars: EVport charging station: Fast chargers (Centrum-Zuid 1527a, 3530 Houthalen).
