MINOR PEST & WILDLIFE POLICY: We do not offer refunds for minor pest issues or wildlife encounters. While our properties are regularly treated and well-maintained, our natural environment may lead to occasional encounters with common insects like ants or spiders. It's also possible to see local wildlife, such as mice, chipmunks, or even bears, as they are a part of the surrounding landscape. These sightings do not indicate a dirty or poorly maintained home, but simply reflect the wild setting of the area.
