A Ring camera is located at the entry for occupancy verification, disturbance monitoring, and emergencies only. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated. Sedona observes a Dark Sky Ordinance—please keep patio/terrace lighting dimmed or off in the evenings to preserve the night sky.
