LAKE COMO BEACH PASSES Guests get passes to the small Lake Como neighborhood beach, about three blocks away. It is best reached by a short drive, roughly 5 minutes by car. The walk from the property involves hills and uneven terrain, so we recommend driving, especially for families or guests carrying gear. Exact beach entrance details and parking instructions are provided before arrival. BATHROOMS The home has 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower: • Main-level bathroom: shower/tub combo • Lower-level bathroom: full shower near the game room and additional sleeping area For larger groups, we recommend staggering shower times between both bathrooms. ARRIVAL ESSENTIALS We provide a starter kit for your arrival, including coffee/K-cups, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen trash bags. For longer stays or large groups, plan to stock additional supplies locally. Lake Geneva has great grocery options just minutes away. WHAT ELSE YOU'LL LOVE Stay digitally connected with our ultra-fast WiFi, binge-watch on our smart TVs, and indulge your culinary skills in our state-of-the-art chef's kitchen. For those who appreciate wildlife, be ready to spot regal peacocks, elusive turkeys, and delicate deer within the property. We provide free parking for 6 vehicles, with room for watercraft or snowcraft and our property is available throughout the year, each season adding its unique charm. LOST ITEMS If anything is left behind after checkout, we inspect the property within 24 hours and notify guests of any found items. We offer shipping or a scheduled pickup window. Noise Levels This is a residential community, so guests must be respectful of noise levels at all times, especially after 10 PM and before 8 AM. 2. No illegal activity at any time. 3. No smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping at any time in the unit. You may smoke outside, but 15 feet away from all exit doors, please. 4. Booking guests must be at least 21 years of age. Bookings with persons under the age of 21 will require special approval by the host. 5. This property is not suitable for wild bachelor or bachelorette parties. It is ok to be a group of bachelors or bachelorettes, but you must be respectful of noise levels at all times. 18 people is the maximum number of people that can be in the unit or on the property at all times ( City Rules). 6. No person may return to the unit after going out to bars/clubs/etc that are not registered in advance. This is not the place to have impromptu guests. 7. If an item is lost, there will be a small fee charged for its return. Lost Beach Passes Will Be A $25.00 Fee. 8. CLEAN UP: It is necessary to be respectful of the housekeeper. Any party or group that does not adhere to this rule will be subject to up to double the cleaning fee. It is requested that you don't leave an inordinate amount of work for the housekeeper 9. LOST & FOUND: If you leave items behind, we inspect the property within 24 hours of checkout. We will notify you of any found items and offer shipping or a scheduled pickup window for a $25.00 fee plus postage. Lost beach passes incur a $25.00 replacement fee. We are not responsible for items left longer than 14 days. 10. PRE-CHECK-IN INSPECTION: This property undergoes a photo-verified inspection before every check-in to ensure it meets our cleanliness standards. If you arrive and find an issue, please notify us immediately and we will address it promptly.
