The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a balcony, high-quality linens, closets, and hangers. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the other has a Double-size bed. There are two complete bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is inside the master bedroom. All amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and towels are complimentary. The apartment is also equipped with a fully functional kitchen, allowing you to enjoy any meal you desire. There is an elegant dining table for four people next to the kitchen. The living room boasts a luxurious sofa and a Smart TV equipped with all the streaming apps, so you never miss an episode of your favorite shows or movies. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with an iron and an ironing board, cleaning products, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. *The apartment measures 80 m2 (861 ft2). * The apartment is located on the 14th floor of the building. It’s the only area in the building where smoking is allowed. The grill is subject to availability and has a cost of 650 MXN. If you want to reserve the Rooftop for an event of more than 10 people, it has a cost of 2,500 MXN, plus a refundable deposit of 5,000 MXN. Other things to note For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to check in (they can be requested before arrival to speed up the process). * Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule. * Pets are allowed. There's an additional fee per pet (800 MXN). *To use the parking space, a $500.00 MXN cash security deposit is required for the parking access remote. The deposit is fully refundable at check-out, upon return of the remote.
