A villa directly on the sandy beach of Torre Lapillo. The villa has a stunning sea view, a large garden with Mediterranean plants and is located in the center very close to all services. The living area is on the ground floor with a living room, bathroom and kitchen. The sleeping area on the first floor with three bedrooms and two other bathrooms. The terrace from which you can admire the whole Bay of Torre Lapillo in Porto Cesareo is wonderful. Dishwasher, washing machine, internet wifi. The space The accommodation has a living room equipped and a garden where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Other things to note - Damage deposit: € 250.00 (the damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out by bank transfer) - Bed linen and towels: the property comes with the first supply bed linen and towels. If you would like to get a change during your stay, you can rent it at a cost of: €20 per person per week. - Check-in: we are available for check-in until 8pm; check-in between 8pm and 12pm will incur an extra cost of €20; from midnight onwards will cost an additional €40. - Check-out: the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) - Pets are welcome at an extra cost of €50. - Rental contract: you will sign the rental contract for your holiday when you check in. - Tourist tax payment: the Comune di Porto Cesareo charges a tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable on entry into the property; the tax equates to €1 per day (in may, june and september), €1,50 (in july and august) per person and is applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
