Sleeping up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, it’s a great home base for couples, friends, and travelers looking to experience one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. The stairs include a rope banister and require care when going up and down. Guests with limited mobility, difficulty climbing stairs, or concerns about steep and narrow staircases should carefully review the listing photos before booking. The home's traditional trinity layout also means the interior is more compact than a typical modern home. GUEST ACCESS You’ll have the entire home and private patio to yourself during your stay. GUEST INTERACTION We respect your privacy and allow you to enjoy the home independently, but we’re available if you need assistance during your stay. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Fishtown is one of Philadelphia’s most popular and energetic neighborhoods, known for its creative atmosphere, independent shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, galleries, and live music venues. The neighborhood blends historic Philadelphia character with a lively arts and dining scene, making it an excellent base for experiencing the city. The property is just a 2–5-minute walk from many of Fishtown’s popular restaurants and bars, as well as Girard Station for convenient access to Center City and other parts of Philadelphia. The primary guest must complete a rental agreement and identity verification through our secure guest portal, SuiteOp, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Guests must also authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver. All requirements must be completed before check-in information is provided. Welcome to Philly! We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help! House Rules: No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed. No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest. Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older. Location Requirement: We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
