PLEASE READ Additional Fees Required Temporary community membership fees are mandatory for all guests. The fees are as follows: -$35 one time registration fee -$20 per vehicle -$6 per person, per day All people 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. This is a gated community, any unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access. *All persons and vehicles must be finalized 4 days before arrival. After this cut off, no changes can be made. After booking, we will need to obtain all guests first and last names, make, model, license and state for each vehicle and names of the drivers. We will also need the main guests phone number and email address. These items are required by the community. You will receive a separate link after booking to pay the additional fees (usually a week before arrival) -Dogs are welcome, weight restrictions do apply. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per day. -Due to wildlife, there is no curbside trash/recycling pickup. There is a drive-thru collection area just past the main gate on the left. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
