The Space Living Areas Two separate living zones provide flexibility for families or professionals sharing space. The main lounge features a fireplace and large windows overlooking greenery, while the secondary sitting area allows quiet work or relaxation. Please note: this is a split-level home with stairs between levels. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen includes updated appliances (including a refrigerator), dishwasher, oven, and microwave, with generous cabinetry and counter space suited for everyday cooking. The dining area comfortably accommodates group meals. Bedrooms Three well-sized bedrooms with closet storage and natural light. Furnishings are set up for practical long-term comfort. After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver. The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details -No unregistered guests. No parties or other gatherings. -No smoking in the house. -The septic system is fragile; please only use septic-safe toilet paper and flush nothing else. Don’t flush feminine products or baby wipes. -Please remove shoes in the house to help keep the carpets clean. -Make sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and TV when you leave the house. -Report anything that is broken or needs repair so we can keep the house maintained for the next guests. -Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. -No food in the bedrooms, please. -Guests are responsible for the trash bins (bring to end of driveway and back up to front of garage) while staying at the house. -Age requirement to book is 25 years old.
