Bathrooms include: * Two shared full bathrooms on the second and third floors * Shared half bathroom on the main level * Fresh linens and essential toiletries provided The property owner also resides in the home, helping maintain a welcoming, well-cared-for environment. Kitchen: Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared kitchen for light meal preparation. To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone—particularly as the homeowner follows a vegetarian lifestyle—we ask guests to limit cooking to simple meals such as: * Heating pre-prepared meals * Breakfast items * Sandwiches, wraps and salads * Eggs, vegetables or tofu Deep frying, grilling, roasting meats, seafood, or other heavy cooking is not permitted. Please use proper ventilation while cooking, clean up after yourself, and avoid using items reserved for the homeowner. A Nespresso coffee maker and shared dining area seating up to six guests are available. The Neighborhood: Located in vibrant East Liberty, you'll be within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and local shops. Grab sushi, oysters, coffee, or casual takeout, browse nearby boutiques, or stock up at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or Market District. The neighborhood's excellent walkability also makes it easy to explore nearby parks and attractions without spending all your time in the car. Downtown Pittsburgh, universities, hospitals, and many of the city's most popular neighborhoods are just a short drive or rideshare away. Guest Access: Guests have full access to all shared living areas along with exclusive access to their private bedroom. Each reservation receives its own unique keypad code for secure, convenient self check-in. We're available throughout your stay and will check in before your arrival and again before departure to make sure everything goes smoothly. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest. Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older. Location Requirement: We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
