The tandem garage is also available upon request where it is a little narrow in space. 2nd floor is the action area where you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the cute little powder room, the spacious patio with a brand-new Weber BBQ, and, the well decorated living and dining area. 3rd floor is mainly the resting area where all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located.
