Please note: The property includes two boat docks. One is reserved for the owner, while the second dock is exclusively available for guest use. If you are bringing your boat, there are no slips available so you would have to tie the boat to the side of the dock. The property does have water access that you can drive to the water to unload your boat. Shared Property The guest house is a completely private residence located next to the owner's main home on a large lakefront property. The owner is frequently away but may occasionally be present in the shared outdoor areas. Your guest house, patio, parking, and designated boat dock are private for your use.
