The lodge features a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Large bay windows open up to a sheltered terrace and an enclosed lawn, ensuring complete privacy. A peaceful garden provides the perfect setting for relaxation. The area is renowned for hiking opportunities, and nearby bodies of water offer fishing and swimming, with the stunning Vassiviere Lake just 20 minutes away by car and Martineix beach a mere 4 km from the property. On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 cm double bed and a small bathroom with a toilet. The second floor features a larger bedroom with two single 90 cm beds and a lounge area, offering ample space for families or groups. The property also includes a garage with storage space, ideal for storing fishing equipment and other outdoor gear. The lodge benefits from oil heating, providing warmth during cooler months. The price includes 8 kWh of electricity per day and cleaning services. Additional charges apply for extra electricity usage beyond 8 kWh/day, as well as heating during the winter months.
