The layout of your vacation suite: - Small hallway with mirror and wardrobe (Umbrellas and walking sticks can be found here) - Comfortable shower room with toilet and hand sink as well as electrically operated skylight - the basic equipment of the bathroom includes hairdryer, toilet paper, Kleenex tissues, shampoo, high-quality shower and hand towels (hand towels are boiled laundry and are changed every 7 days). We also provide sufficient paper tissues, disposable paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper and disinfectant. - a spacious 31 m² kitchen, consisting of a built-in kitchen, equipped with a steam oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, stainless steel thermos, sufficient cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, dining table with four chairs - the basic equipment of the kitchen includes coffee filters, various types of tea, dishwasher tabs, instant coffee, sugar, salt & pepper In the living room there is a highboard, equipped with reading and simple board games, a seating set with two armchairs and a two-seater, floor lamp, side table, and satellite TV. From the living room you can reach a small south-facing loggia with extensive views of the Black Forest. The loggia is equipped with two garden chairs, a table and an umbrella. The bedroom is equipped with the following: Double bed (L 200 cm, W 180 cm), two bedside tables with two bedside lamps, wardrobe, small table with two chairs and "valet stand" High-quality bed linens (cooking linen is changed every 7 days) complete the bedroom amenities. All windows face south, in the bedroom there is an additional window to the west. All rooms are centrally heated with oil and are tiled. During the winter months, it is recommended to bring slippers. Another little note Please do not wash or dry laundry in the apartment Additional options: Parking available in front of the house. Guests arriving by train can be picked up at Baiersbronn train station on request. The garden design of the house is not yet fully completed. In this respect, the two external terraces, which do not belong to the vacation suite anyway, are not yet usable. For this purpose, all floors and the entire bathroom are thoroughly cleaned, wet-wiped and treated with ecologically degradable disinfectant, which also includes virus prevention. In addition, all surfaces, especially areas that are touched regularly, such as doorknobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, faucet handles, remote controls, and light switches are disinfected when the suite is handed over. Our bed linens are washed at 60°C and all towels at 90°C. Of course, all kitchen appliances and cooking utensils are also in a perfectly cleaned and operational condition. Disinfectants In the bathroom, commercial disinfectant and disinfectant wipes for hands and surfaces are available. Tourism tax Touristik Baiersbronn charges a tourist tax of €3.00 per person/night, which you pay directly to us, the landlord. From January 1, 2026, the visitor's tax will increase to €3.30 per person/night. This visitor's tax includes the KONUS guest card, with which you can use all public transport associations in the Black Forest free of charge during the registered period of your stay.
