Check in Fri.-Sun. Limited weeks available. The space THE CABIN SPACE: Cabin Size: Largest cabins on the property! Located where the original cabins were built, these upgraded cabins are the most spacious units Westgate offers. Kitchen: Full service. It includes a Sink, Dishwasher, Dish Cloth and Towel, Drying Rack, Dish Soap (for hand washing dishes and dishwasher), Sponge, Trash Cans & Bags, Coffee Maker, Blender, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Stove/Oven, Hot Pads, Utensils, Pots, Pans & Dishes, Mop, Broom, Dustpan & Brush, Dining Area: Table & 6 Chairs (Additional chair located at the desk.) Deck: At least 2 chairs on spacious deck. (May includes a rocking chair and/or table.) Other decks on property only fit 2 chairs and it's a tight fit. 2 Closets: Includes Hangers, Safe, Iron & Ironing Board, Spare Sheet Set & Blanket. Feel what it’s like to be a timeshare owner without the mortgage payment, maintenance and taxes! As my guests, you’ll receive passes to Wild Bear Falls for the whole week! You’ll receive personalized attention from a top-notch concierge. You’ll have full access to the opened pools on the property, fitness center, mini golf, and (for a fee and when opened) the zip line, spa and restaurants! You can even use your rooms key card for an owners' discount, when you dine at the resort restaurants. Downtown Gatlinburg is very difficult to park in. I suggest taking the Trolley for just a few dollars and save yourself the hassle of finding parking and paying for it too. There is plenty of parking in Pidgeon Forge, but the Trolley can get you there too if you prefer. Parking at the resort is usually not a problem. You will have a spot at the cabin, maybe two. They are not assigned. There is extra parking at the mountain top if you have a large vehicle, like an RV or trailer. During busy seasons, it is nice to take the back entrance to avoid traffic on the main road. Ask your concierge for details about this option. Other things to note Check for Availability: Before booking, contact Eva to have her check the availability for the week you are requesting. Often, there is more availability for this exact cabin when booked as far as 11 months prior to check in. Alternately, other cabins may be available during your stay and Eva will be happy to explain the details with you. Pet Policy: One (<60 pound) pet is permitted on property. There is a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee and a security deposit which is returned to you at checkout when the room is found without damage. Deposit: A separate $50 hold on your credit card is made at check in to cover damages made to the room during your stay. (I have broken dishes on my stays and still received my deposit back in full.) Help when you need it: Maintenance and housekeeping are a phone call away if anything comes up during your stay. Also, the concierge is helpful and can offer recommendations to get around town and where to eat out.
