This tastefully renovated, 170m² gמte, located within a beautiful estate in the heart of the Pיrigord-Limousin Natural Regional Park, offers comfortable accommodation. It features three bedrooms: one with a 160cm double bed on the ground floor and two large bedrooms with 160cm double beds upstairs. Dogs are accepted on request, provided they are sociable with the resident dog. The property is not recommended for young children due to the presence of a pond, swimming pool, and small steps. This holiday home is situated in a tranquil setting within a 1-hectare enclosed outdoor space. The owners live in a separate part of the estate, ensuring privacy for guests. Mortemart and Prטze golf courses are approximately 30 minutes away. The gמte features a living room with a lounge area and a wood pellet stove opening onto a courtyard, a kitchen, a toilet, and a bedroom with a private shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine relaxation area, two large bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. A private 9x4m swimming pool with a magnificent sheltered terrace and summer kitchen is available from May 1st to September 30th. A pond on the property allows for no-kill fishing. All charges, including sheets, made beds, and bathroom linen, are included. Breakfast is included for two-night stays for two people.
