The property also features a city stadium, children's playground, and fishing opportunities available from March to October. A short 500-meter walk leads you to the supervised swimming beach, open during July and August. The gîte spans 55 m² and is laid out across two levels. The ground floor includes a living room with a fireplace and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and its own shower room and toilet, as well as a third bedroom with two bunk beds. The unit is equipped with electric heating, a covered terrace, and a storage room for your convenience. For laundry needs, a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available. Additional services include optional rental of sheets, a cleaning package, a travel cot, and baby essentials like a baby bath. Small animals are accepted upon request.
