Located in the heart of the charming village of Virat, La Maison des Roses is a newly renovated gîte offering a comfortable and peaceful stay. The gîte is part of a small hamlet that includes five other properties, all of which share a heated swimming pool. The pool, set in a secure enclosure, is open from May to December, depending on weather conditions. A common room with a table tennis setup adds to the relaxation options within the hamlet. This gîte features a cozy living room with an open kitchen on the ground floor, along with a bathroom and toilet. The ground floor also includes a very small bedroom with one single bed and a pull-out bed, plus another bedroom with a single bed and trundle bed. Upstairs, there is a comfortable double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a sink, and a shower under the sloping roof. A separate toilet is located on the landing. The gîte offers electric heating and a private, enclosed lawn area with a carport for convenience. While the price includes water and 8 Kwh of electricity per day, additional charges apply for sheets, towels, cleaning, and any electricity usage beyond the daily allowance.
