With 250 m² of living space, the gîte features a living room with a cozy lounge area and fireplace, seamlessly connected to the garden and private heated swimming pool (10m x 4m). The property also includes a large covered courtyard, ping-pong, garden furniture, and a portico, all within an enclosed yard, providing a safe and peaceful environment for families. The ground floor includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private shower room, and another with a double bed and accessible private toilet for those with reduced mobility. Upstairs, there are four additional bedrooms, offering flexibility for various sleeping arrangements, and two bathrooms. The spacious 25 m² landing serves as a perfect area for gatherings or relaxation. The gîte is ideal for multi-generational families, offering both comfort and privacy in the countryside. The property includes 25 kWh/day of electricity, as well as water and gas, with additional usage available for an extra charge.
