It’s pet-friendly, and guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. The property is connected to Wi-Fi, and baby equipment is available upon request. Located near shops, a leisure area with a pond, and a short walk from Challans, the gîte is perfect for those who enjoy local markets and fairs. The Vendée beaches, Ile de Noirmoutier, and Ile d'Yeu are easily accessible, offering a variety of outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, and cycling. The gîte features a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with WC. Guests can relax in the shared heated swimming pool, 5-seater spa, or enjoy the 60m² courtyard with ping-pong and outdoor games.
