It comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms: one with a 160cm double bed and another with two single bunk beds and a 140cm double bed. Pets are not allowed. The apartment offers privileged access to the beach and is just 1.3km from the city center, providing a balance of relaxation and convenience. The 67m² apartment features a living room with an American kitchen and breathtaking sea views. A terrace with garden furniture offers outdoor relaxation space. The bathroom includes a shower, double sink, and washing machine, and there is a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, electric oven, sink, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave.
