For your holidays we offer you for rental this air-conditioned apartment of approximately 55 m2 with its large terrace in the heart of the St Jean district and therefore in the immediate vicinity of the fine sandy beaches and shops. Accommodation: Access to the apartment is via a few stairs opening onto a large terrace, hidden from view, so you can enjoy your family meals. The T3 is very bright and is composed of a beautiful living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with WC. On the night side, there is a bedroom with a 140cm double bed equipped with a large cupboard for storage and a second bedroom with two single bunk beds and a pull-out bed allowing three additional beds. A cupboard also allows you to store your belongings. Parking: To park, the St Jean car park is located right in front of the accommodation. This is not chargeable. In addition, you also have a parking space located 100 m away allowing you to park free of charge. Equipment: Air conditioning; wifi; washing machine; dishwasher; filter coffee maker; microwave; oven; fridge with freezer section; induction hob; fan; television; vacuum cleaner; 1 double bed 140; 3 single beds 90; sufficient dishes and kitchen utensils for 2 to 5 people. Sheets and towels: As a paid option and on request (€25 for a double bed kit / €20 for a single bed kit and €15 for a kit for towels with one large and one small per person). If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off season). Household : This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure. Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood. Deposit upon handing over the keys: You will be asked for a credit card imprint at the agency reception. The amount is equal to one week's rental. This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply. Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present.
