This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under. DEPARTURE CHECKLIST *: • Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins. • Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent). • Keep beds turned down that have been slept in. • Place any used towels in the laundry room. • Turn off all lights and ceiling fans; Close & lock all windows and exterior doors. • Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text the property manager at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home.
